I am real interested as I bought a honda 2.0 cold air intake that I will have to cut up to make it work. I don't have an airbox and was going to just use K&N...would it work?

The snorkel is the same i.d. as the oem.

 2.37 id to 2.75 i.d.

airbox for a MKII should not be hard to find
