aaz help needed

i'm doing a complete rebuild on a 1.9td aaz hoping to get 140bhp or so and needs to be drivable, i have another aaz in my mk2 golf van have 1.6td boost pin and 1.6td intercooler pump is also turned up a bit as is the small 1.9 turbo its about 105-110bhp i'd say, all help/advice welcome, thanhs
