another 1.6 VNT question..

  ...my popping hose issues are fixed now that I carefully checked and tightened down each connection. One would pop every time I hit 20 psi. I fixed it by using the OEM tubes off my ALH parts motor. The intercooler is from an '00 Audi 1.8T.

 I think my main issues stem from trying to move a 3400 lbs truck. Sure would love to drive a vanagon w/ a 1.6 to see what it felt like.
