oh i love the fan also, where did you get that from? ;)  Any boost loss from intercooler?

Actually, a 5 psi gain from adding the Intercooler.

Pretty sure it's the third one down, and wow is it ever quiet!!... Needed a thin fan as I wasn't sure if I'd need one on both sides for Push and Pull, but turns out the temps seem normal.
The rad incidently is for a Rabbit GTI...

Damn, someting must be working good for you.  I guess your EGT gauge is right but 600 degrees with the boost that high at WOT seems ammazing to me.  But I haven't seen over 10 yet myself :-[

check your fuel lines for airbubbles, and check your Crank ventilation system for blockages and fouling. Is your bus bar for the glow plugs dirty? I'd just pimp out the glow plugs following the Vince Walden method. I did, no more white smoke or long startups.
