92 jetta Ecodiesel boil over **FIXED**

After a year of challenges (boiled over when temp gauge was at 1/4 mark) its fixed. In order of work done.
Had radiator flushed, changed radiator switch, changed t-stat (Auto Zone.. bad move),
replaced head gasket due to exhaust gas in coolant, broke head bolt, shaved the head,
got cheap head gasket that leaked, order better quality head gasket and bolts, still over heated.
Got t-stat from VW dealer, now over heats just a bit after the fans come on.
Radiator may still be clogged, but can get down the road a bit.
Thanks to all who have given suggestion over the year. Now on the the oil leak (from vac pump I think)
