eh, if i didnt have my glasses on, i wouldnt even be able to tell you what kinda car it was, let alone if it has an engine in it or not. lol..  and yes, CSI is pretty fun..

also catlin.. did you check your fuel filter yet? my car does the same thing if my filter is gettin plugged. pulls like a mother through 3rd gear, but then the boost drops off half way through 4th and is non existent in 5th..

It is a K03 turbo, i know there is an exhaust leak lol, I have a new Doww pipe for it. I want a bit more boost for travelling on the highway. i drained the fuel filter and its clear. There is a lever from the turbo to the waste gate, how do i modify that to get more power?

you cant see how well it flows just by draining the fuel. the fuel that comes out of mine is always red, even if the filter is clogged or not. i would still check the filter.

Tyler - You said to leave B to the atmosphere, will changing altitudes affect that drastically, I tend to go up into the Appalachian Mountain range alot.

Isn;t the red fuel for "Offroad Use Only"   :lol:

nah, its just alot easier to obtain than ULSD. and 90% of the time my dad or grandpa have a pretty good surplus of the stuff sitting around. my grandpas boat has a 8V71 in it, and it likes red fuel.

Up and down play on the turbo isn't very dangerous if there isn't too much of it. Longitudinal play, however will instantly mean it's going soon.
Even 1/5th of a mm will indicate a worn bearing.

But, like it was said already, replacements are pretty cheap.
Too bad the turbo can be a pain to replace with the engine in place  :roll:
