4-speed "GC" tranys are magnesium.

I hate the GCs,
 have broken them apart and started pieces on fire using a propane torch.
A little spray of water just makes them burn hotter.

It's hot like sparkers,.. I think there's some mag in sparklers
but it doesn't sparkle just gets white hot.
