General timing question

When idling, the injection occurs a few degrees before TDC, right?

And when under load, does it get retarded or advanced further?  By how much?
1994 Passat 1.9 TD Estate, 180k miles, running on veg oil

it advances itself, the hydrolic timing piston moves the roller assembly as the pump builds pressure,advancing the timing.how much,i dont know.
