AAZ Power house? Mighty Mouse?
« on: June 30, 2008, 07:52:46 am »
Right, Ive got a mk2 Golf comming soon and I intend on fitting an AAZ and I want to know the right mods to do for max power, within reason that is

so far Im planning:
Cold air Intake Induction Kit
2.5" Custom Stainless Steel Exhaust from turbo back, rear silencer only.
Planning on some form of Intercooler, probably from GTD golf (the one mounted above the gearbox)
Boost Pin
Pump Mod
Turbo wastegate screwed for more boost
Intake and Exhaust manifold, roughly cleaned inside.

After all that what should the final BHP be around?

Will

well, 200BHP with a K26, is definitly something that I would enjoy, cant really afford to change the turbo, too expensive at my meger budget,

about 115bhp i could be happy with, is there anymore things i could do to boost that up further to about 130/140bhp without changing any internal parts of the engine or any exensive external parts ie turbo.
