K14 vs. K24 - internal bits

Specifically speaking, is the shaft size same between a K14 and K24?

I seem to have misplaced a critical piece to my K14 and could scavenge the part from the K24 that it's replacing.

To answer my own question - no, shaft is larger in the K24 (what was I expecting!?).

Anyone know how much interchanges between a K14 and K16?
