i recently got a 1.6 TD exhaust manifod and the kkk24 turbo that goes with it! turbo has no shaft play (got from local junk yard) back and forth very very very minimle up and down i think this is good if im not mistaken! andways has anyone done this conversion i know its a bolt on manifold and i plan on making a .250" spacer for the turbo on the  mani as i dont want to have to grind my intake mani. (what ive heard) is this a pretty easy swap??? and once i have it on do i have to add more fuel or can i just leave my fuel alone( just rebuilt pump dont really wanna play with it). any sujestions would be great!!! PLZ!!!

as for oil line should be same as my kkk03  im hoping!! im hoping somone has done this and can give me some insite!

I have done something very similar....I put a T3 on my AAZ.
everything bolts ups..the oil feed line should bolt up no problem....however I believe the return lines are different.
I had one custon made for my set-up cost me about $20 but I did all the welding drilling tapping myself. My oil return now goes into the oil pan instead of the block....I made a plug for the block where the line used to go.
