Well I figured it out.

I hesitate though to divulge the reason behind my idle woe's...

I dont know how I did it but my timing was @ .38 mm

I cant tell ya how careful I was when I set it originally.
The only thing I can figure is the 210mm flywheel I was using the timing mark was different. The flywheel I'm using now has a slight raised part for TDC where the 210mm flywheel had the typical V notch cut in.

I put it on TDC or what I thought was TDC and checked the timing and it was @ 1.98mm.. What the?!?!
So after reseting it to what I thought was 1.05mm (my cam was off a tooth at this point) I decided to pull an injector and see where I really was.
Pulled #4 and put it on TDC then looked for the mark on the flywheel, it wasn't where I thought it was, I dropped some paint in the hole then ran my dirty finger over it to highlight and low/high spots. At TDC there was a raised rib right in the middle of the window.
Rechecked timing and dayum it was WAY off again. Reset to 1.05mm and reassembled. Fired it up still lopey.
Was able to bring the idle up with the max fuel screw then fine tune with the actual idle screw.

Runs sweet!!! Idles nice, good throttle responce etc.
Now I wish I hadn't spent the money on the new set of injectors.

Anyone need a HUGE set of injectors?
