Solenoid to advance the timing at low rpms. Most people just wire it up to the  fuel solenoid so it has power all the time.

if i take off waier on the solenoid then nothing changes (even on driving). but in testing the wire gives electrisity what depends on rpms and the solenoid workes to.
i think there should by noticeable some change...or not?

No real change while driving, but should make starting easier.
