alh aaz hybrid

anyone know if a aaz head will bolt up to a alh block? ive got a alh with a destroyed head and pistons so i was thinking instead of getting one of my aaz crank fixed i would slap my pistons in the block with the head on it and be done with it.. i guess i could compare the head gaskets to see if all the passages line up?
