82 rabbit running but not super well.

so my rabbit i got it running after assuming the worst and realizing it was glow plugs.

it is running now but seems to buck or have a surging idle and I am not sure what it is.

i think i need to adjust the clutch because before it grabbed hard and now it grabs only after the pedal is almost all the way out.

thoughts would be helpful.

could it be fuel its been sitting for like 10 months

Probably not the fuel. Do you have air leaks in the fuel?
