020 teardown/build up vid??

well a job thats been kicking around for 18 or so months i finally got a ok to go ahead on.. reverse gears...

im kinda glad.. work been too slow.. i got a 4 speed from the jack rabbit i can sell 400$ of reverse gear parts from.. so 2bills to me.. and guy gets real rev gears that will never be a issue again...

but i know how to do this in my sleep...

if someone has a youtube membership.. i refuse to register, wants to post up parts of how to tear down/rebuild.. speak up... ill have to get a bigger mem card for my camera.. the 1080p it did on golden gate is great... have that vid too that needs to be hosted there.. but i figure a good 10-20 parts on this.. a view of home made tools for the job.. so on..

so if anyone interested.. let me know... this week.. ill get tranny out tomarrow...

wow 2 people wanna tear them apart.. but no one interested in a vid?? no interest no vid... i have to have someone film.. so no interest in vid makes my life easy... but my next oppertunity.. who knows...

It might be a slow process but I would be willing to post up your vids to my youtube account. I have been looking around for cheapass rons teardown video from a loong time ago with no sucess and am looking for a cheaper  alternative to Brokes guide . I cant help with filming but a am definitely interested in helping. Heck I have a diesel tranny sitting with a blown syncronizer that I would love to fix.

well bbob saw he 4 speed... theman saw both 5 and 4 speed.. but sadly theman broke camera... so no vid.. i need to find a mem card reader to see i fi can scavange it.. but i think since he ran it out of mem.. it will not allow me to copy it due to lack of internal mem..

yea its 10 min.. and all but 1st/2nd gear removal and pinion.. i cheated and loosened/removed case screws pre film.. but think 10 min from nose con e down to the 1st/2nd gear on main shaft removal.. max 5 more min of work..

the pinion bearing has pits.. so get them too.. yea.. gotta screw with bearing preload now.. more $ for 5$ part.. labor good 25-50 due to having to reset it..

What no video!! I want video!! Can you put the 020 back together and take it apart again this time make sure you have a good/ large memory card?

I bought my 32 GB SDHC class 10 mem card on Ebay for around $16 a little more than a year ago and it's been working fine.

I didn't break it. It was pointed at the trans and Chris so...

I think he had a 16 or 32 GB card. 1080P sucks it down.
