Hey folks...
I think the KKK 03 turbo on my Jetta (1996 1.9 AAZ) is getting ready to give up the ghost.
Over the past 6 montsh or so, I've been noticing more & more turbo whine. Lately I've noticed less power, and an increase in oil consumption. Furthermore, the turbo itself is quite leaky, lot sof oil down around the wastegate & on the intake side.
I have a spare K03 that I tore apart this weekend, thinking I'd rebuild that one and then swap it into my Jetta. Being the dufus that I am, I dissassembled it without marking the housing parts. How hard will it be to set the wastegate properly?
