oil light,battery light, no tach

so i was driving and looked down and my tach wasnt working worked fine last time i looked at it, and my oil light was flashing and battery light was on.
any body have any ideas.

checked oil and it was full but why my tach not working???

alternater prob?

I think that should be a ground issue.
Just a guess, but I had an intermittent oil and alt lights until I cleaned the ground on the firewall.

This happens when the alternator fails to charge. Either it's bad or bad wiring.

ok i could see if my batt light and tach dont work it being an alternater but why the flashing oil light?   are they connected in some way?

Yes, the dynamic oil pressure system uses the W signal from the alternator as one of its inputs... sometimes wonky tach signals can confuse it.
