im going to be runing bio diesel soon and i want to know how many feet of hose i should get to make the lines acceptable for biodiesel. 86 golf 1.6 na

I dont have a exact figure but I would get at least 12 feet.
I think that would leave ya with some extra but that wont hurt at all.

I don't think 12 feet would be enough.
What lines are you replacing though?

im not sure how much is hard line and how much not so... yeah i wasnt sure. i decided that the goodyear fuel injection hose that i sell at shucks will do just nicely. i was thinking better safe than sorry and getting 25 feet. because i need the return hose too. depending on how much is hard line under there will determine how many feet that i get.

If your replacing all the hard line yes 12' wont do it. I wouldn't change the hard line unless it was damage. Hard line flows better than soft rubber lines. Not that we have a problem with fuel delivery usually but....
I would replace all the rubber lines from tank to the hard line transition in front of the rear tire then from hard line to filter under the hood and from filter to IP and back.
