I just put new inserts in some injectors and it cost me almost $50 to get them set.
These shims and the bottlejack pop tester should pay for themselves pretty quickly.

kinda on the subject. does anybody know where i can buy a tester. i though i had ordered one from some supplier on ebay but i never got an answer from them. i can use the one at the dealer i used to work at but, it's across town and...

thats how i got involved wih this! local fuel systems shop quoted me 80bucks to rebuild mine and thats with me supplying the nozzels too!
i bought a used poptester from Tintin and just needed shims now and soon i should be abel to service my own fleet! :wink:
and in the long run i'll save money and learn something from it!

there was a site that i found them but i don't remember where i stumbled onto them? it was just by chance that i found the poptesters for sale?

The master (?) plan is for me to recieve the funds, Purchase the whole lot of shims, Drop ship them to Mr. blkboostedtruck, and send him the postage for shipping to all concerned.

Mr. blkboostedtruck gets to count a bazillion shims, sort and ship.

Sorry about the late pay, guys, I had a frantic as disastrous diarrhea payday yesterday and didn't get to the bank like I had planned. Thus, I paid up when I finally go home, which was all of ten minutes ago.

Good news! the supplyer called me today and told me that i should have the shims delivered at my house by the end of the week!
and he says he can get nozzels at a group deal! he's sending me a list of items he can get his hands on!
