Shell fuel card
« on: January 27, 2005, 03:51:02 pm »
Hi all,

I was out wondering today and found myself at the Shell bulk station.  Anyway, I was given a form to fill out for the card lock they have.  They said I'd be getting a few cents a litre off whenever I used the card!  I do not know if this applies when the card is used at a regular gas station but I hope so.  I was told to state I would being using over 500 litres of fuel a month to get a card but it isn't important how much you use.  They just won't reply to your application if it is under 500.

Now I have to figure out if the price of the discounted Shell fuel will be cheaper than what I currently run.  This card is also valid at Irving and Flying "j"

flying j is already a few cents cheaper... 500 litres of fuel per month bahahahahahahaahahahahahhaa.... if you left your car running day and night... on idle... you could probably use that much fuel...

Don't forget to get power service cetane booster while you're at flying j :)

:)  You're right, I burn a tank a week so that's only 200 litres a month.  If I use my van I burn over a 80 litres a day!!  It only gets 12 MPG with a tail wind and hasn't left my street in over a year.
