This may have been answered before but here goes. I am now the proud owner of a 1.6 turbo diesel engine that will go into my '81 caddy. I plan to run SVO and if things go wrong, I'm screwed. I have an extra NA pump that I could use as a replacement. Question is, can I use the aneroid from the turbo pump and make it a turbo pump? Is there a pressure difference and can that be adjusted? Could I just run it normal and end up with an ECO engine? If it can be converted, how about some details?
