Golf to Passat conversion?
« on: February 15, 2007, 07:11:31 am »
Does anyone here know if it is possible to do a direct front end swap on a MK2 golf with a 1990 Passat fornt end? I'm talking fenders, hood, grill, bumper and headlights? I think it would look nice and it would also be original.

actually, all the A2 jettas in china from 93- have passat B4-looking front ends.
I repair, maintain and modify VW's and BMW's.
Good work done at affordable rates. Welding and fabricating, too.

in north america, we switched to the newer round style A3's. In china, they just changed the front end. Maybe you can locate all the parts from someone there?
