020 vibration under load

Swapped in a CHD from an early AAZ car with 65k miles...yes 65k. Used new Luk AAZ clutch kit and swapped cups to 90mm and resealed the whole box before mounting it.
My left tire is bald. I did hit a BAD pothole 2 days prior the trans swap and ended up changing a lot on that side so my alignment is off for sure but ive changed:
-axle (carquest chinese)
-ball joint
-ctrl arm bushings both sides
-tie rod inner/outer
-rotated tires
-both strut mounts
No effect. The vibration is like a throaty rumble and only happens under load or when turning right under light accel.
Does not happen on a cold engine even at max load.
If its not the.differential the only other option is the shock body itself...some kind of very slight play as a result of the pot hole hit? Cheap Ultra8 brand.
Is this why the donor car (94 jetta AAZ) was parked with only 65,000 miles?

Maybe a wheel bearing.
Because it makes a noise when turning one direction more than the other.
Doesn't make sense because the temperature of the engine doesn't have much effect on the suspension.
Maybe by the time the engine is warm the bearings and grease are warm to.
Not much help, bit of a wild guess.

I changed the wheel bearing as well, first thing I did actually.
If its not the transmission then I have a faulty axle out of the.box?

That wouldn't be unheard of. QC these days is not what it used to be. A machine puts that QC label on automatically. No test is done, no eyes on it. Boom in the box and delivered to your door, Good Luck Mr. Mechanic.

Not sure why engine temp effects it.
