With the pin ground like that I can see the smoke issue. Also, what turbo are you running? With smoke there is power or should be, so to me it seems like an advance issue, or a boost issue, or both. The pump is now over my head as to what to tell you to check.
Stock injector nozzles? 10mm plunger?
This part with the red circle you need to replace with one from a JX pump, (stock t3 1.6td part)Sendt fra min Lenovo P780
The LT pump will work. It is probably set up fairly well for what you are putting it in. They do have a "low smoke" governor that reduces performance a bit but it should still pull hard and do a good job.
Good day! I found the problem my engine. It was found that with the valve "0.55out" in the return pump was clogged, and the internal pressure in the pump was too high. We have eliminated it, and the engine has started a completely different, soft, black smoke began to throw up) Thank you all for the help that responded! At this stage, I do not have 90 horsepower, but the engine is running nice, good traction at low revs, yet it suits me, I will seek more power in peacetime. A few photos of my axis gas with a fork. I tried yesterday to put the axis of the gas from 1.6td, it goes worse than dead 1.6d)))
