FS: Getting out of VW sale
« on: August 08, 2013, 10:42:27 pm »
Hi guys, I recently sold my MK1 rabbit.  I have a few parts I would like to sell off.

Body Parts

Extra Clipper Kit hardware
Miscellaneous left over, extra hardware from my clipper kit install on my mk1 4 door hatch.

$1 - you pay ship

Flag Mirror
Flag mirror. This is not an OE part, it is aftermarket. Koolview.

$5 plus shipping

Engine Parts

1.5D or 1.6D (Diesel) Injectors
Not much else to say. These were functioning upon removal.  I was netting about 42 mpg on a worn out <270psi comp tested engine. Good for cores/rebuild.

$30 shipped.

AAZ Injectors
Injectors that fit the AAZ motor, 1.9 Turbo IDI.  These injectors are not operational, they need rebuilt.

$50 shipped.

AAZ A/C Idle Increase Vacuum Diaphragm
Not sure if it works, mounts on the AAZ injection pump

$1 - you pay shipping

Alternator Pigtail V-Belt Alt setup Mk1
This is for the old V-belt alternators. It is a bit dirty, but the wire insulation is not cracked at the plug.

$10 shipped.

Cast Iron Alt Bracket
Non AC cast iron alternator bracket.

Bracket w/hardware: 068903148 (i believe, have a look for yourself)
Tensioner Arm: 068903253F

$80 plus shipping.

Coolant Outlet Flange
Coolant outlet flange on the head.  It is the one on the front of the head.  This one is cast aluminum.  New ones are plastic.  Came off 1.5D

$5 - plus shipping.

Coolant Pipe
This came off my 1.5D, I was going to put it on my AAZ and consequently would eliminate the oil/water sandwich adapter for an air oil cooler.  Not bent, decent condition.

$5 plus shipping.  (expect shipping to be $30 because of size and fragility)

1.5D Engine/Pump Bracket
Came off a 1.5D engine. Bracket is in good condition, was well coated in oil, diesel and grease (LOL).

$40 + $25 shipping

Mount Insert
Trans mount insert.  If trans mount is purchased (in other thread) then this will go with it.

$1 + ship

AAZ Exhaust Bracket
Exhaust bracket, I think this came off an AAZ. I was unable to use this part because I had to reqork the exhaust to fit the AAZ in my mk1 rabbit.

$1 - you pay shipping

Head Water Outlet
This is the water outlet flange that comes off the end of the head.  From an AAZ

$1 + shipping

1.5D (or 1.6D?) Injection Lines
Injection pump hard lines from 1.5D

$20 + shipping

Gasser Intake Manifold
Intake manifold from an mk1 gasser found at a junkyard.

Part number looks like 049 133 223

$40 + 25 shipping

IM Shaft Pulley
Intermediate shaft pulley from a 1.5D.  Not sure if this will fit other diesel engines, my thinking would be thast it will work with other IDI's.

$5 + shipping

Main Oil Flange
Good condition.

$12 shipped

Oil Filter Bracket
Oil filter bracket from 1.5D  Looks like it is in good condition.

$15 + shipping.

Power Steering Pump Bracket
Power Steering pump bracket, if you want the pump as well let me know, but I doubt it works.

$10 + shipping

Belt Tensioner Arm
This is for the tensioner pulley.  I am not sure what this one goes to, because it was incorrect one for my AAZ.  There were two version.  Maybe this was for Non-AC models. Brand new

$10 + ship

Throttle Cable Bracket
Throttle cable mount at the pump. I think this came off an AAZ pump

$5 + ship

Lower T-Belt Cover 1.5D
Lower timing belt cover from my 1.5D engine.

$5 + shipping

Cam Sprocket
Was removed from 1.5D engine.  Not sure if they are the same across the board.

$5 + shipping

Trans Parts

100mm Axle Flanges
For 020 transmission.

$60 + ship

Shifter mechanism
Not sure if it is 4 speed or for 5 speed, or if it even matters.

$5 plus ship

Strange trans bracket piece
Probably to linkage.

$1 - plus shipping, or $5 shipped.

Trans Dust Shield
Dust shield, top half, goes between trans and engine. Came from an AAZ engine.  I don't believe the lower half of the shield is manufactured anymore.

$10 - plus shipping.

Trans Mount Mk2
I believe this is an MK2 trans mount.  It came off my ASF trans.  Came from a 92 Jetta 1.6D

$20 - plus ship

Thanks for looking,
Eric

Thanks, I fixed the links.  Somehow http:// got entered before every link.  and the URL tag, don't use "" marks.

Why not just show the pics?  Setting up all the URL links is more work for you and clicking on them is more work for everyone else.   The AAZ pump pics aren't linked.

I figured I didn't want to make a 10MB post.  This way the page loads, you can see what you want to see.  Makes things cleaner too.  Otherwise I would be forced to resize images so you don't get lost in a crappy presentation of pictures and text and wonder if you missed anything.

If it was a normal 1 item listing I would just show the images, but that is not the case with this.

Thanks for looking,
Eric

I am interested in the AAZ injection pump.  Can't see your pictures.  Can you send them to my email? or PM me and I will provide.

I can see the AAZ pump pics.  That's not the right sprocket on it.

That is the sprocket I got with it.  What other sprocket might there be?

The sprocket pictured with the pump appears to be a 1.6 sprocket.  The offset is wrong for the AAZ pump.  The inner edge of the sprocket should be 14mm (9/16") from the mounting surface of the pump.

Injection Pump Sprocket
Looks to be from a 1.5 or 1.6 Pump, some AAZ pumps.

$5 + shipping

That's a cam sprocket, not injection pump.
