« on: March 03, 2010, 03:47:58 am »
Selling my Passat Estate got something even bigger!

It's a 1.6td RA engine on 186,500 miles. Registration F41STB

All good apart from...
The heater doesn't work. Pretty sure the heater matrix needs replacing
The drivers door handle snapped off on the outside. The lock still works and the door opens from inside.
The body is solid but has some marks and dints.
Brand new Bosch battery cost over £50.
New glow plugs/oil/oil filter/fuel filter.
Central Locking
Sunroof

Tax until April. MOT until end of April

Clear indicators put on

Car located in Moreton, Wirral, UK

£350

How much to post it to Canada?

Seriously, if you decide to break it up, let me know there are several items I would be interested in.

Thanks,

Ian

I've been seeing some of the gasser versions of these for sale around here lately.
Looks like a nice big 4-door and I was wondering how well a 1.6TD would  be able to pull it.
Enough room to sleep  in the back?

Two canadians interested now! and I haven't got the foggiest idea when it comes to shipping a car!

the 1.6td is good enough not going to win many races but decent enough to pull without feeling like a chump.

I'm 6ft 2" and I've slept quite comfortably in the back (with the rear seats down obviously)
