I don't trust Vortex anymore. Bad experience myself and I've heard too many as well. Sounds like a good deal though.

I actually bought my cluster off of a Vortex ad from a Canadian, everything went smooth.  Also picked up a bunch of TD specific parts from another Canadian Vortexer, again it went very smooth.  I think you just have to be careful and research the person you're dealing with.
