I know that none was ever sold in the US, but if I didn't already have too many projects, I'd snatch this car up to made an ultra-light TD.

i've always thought foxies would make good drag cars, what with all that weight hung way out front past the drive wheels.
I repair, maintain and modify VW's and BMW's.
Good work done at affordable rates. Welding and fabricating, too.

There's a fox 1.6D around here.

The majour problem is actualy sourcing a Audi 4000 TD or Quantum TD starter.

If somebody on the list wants to do this swap, I might be able to help them out with some Quantum bits, including the starter.   :D
