1990 jetta part out or whole
« on: June 01, 2008, 07:37:53 pm »
This car been sitting around for a year or so, drove it till the day I parked it. It has a 1.6 TD, the turbo is shot injection pump I think is only good for a core, body is fair to poor. I have another parts motor that is almost complete. If you are interested in parts I cannot pull them for a week email or call for price and availability. For the whole package as is 600 obo but I want the tires that are on the car now. Bill 416-577-8248 24hrs

Does it have cruise control?  I need all of the under hood parts for my 1991 Jetta TD, if so what do you want for them?  .

trans code is under the trans on a flat plate, youd have to get under the car and most likely wipe the area. It will say something like VGR(thats not a valid code i dont think)

Bummer about no cruise.  Does it happen to have the heat shield that sits between the turbo and the firewall?

The seat belts attach to the body instead of the door. The "B" pillar is the one the door latches to.
The seat belt will have the shoulder and lap belt as one belt.

I'm looking for the seat belts, mounting hardware and the plastic.

Im interested in the oil filter assembly so long as it has the oil cooler and long neck to it. also I'd like the goosenecks for the ebrake cables where they come up into the passenger comparment.
