http://www.vwdiesel.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=9939
i was thinking off maybe a front mounted intercooler, turbo or anything else you guys can advise.

do you already have 1.6td boost pin? what turbo do you use?
-
using the original 1.9 pin and i beleive that its a kkk turbo.
-
Nogama, come over to halesowen mate,i will take you for a blast in my AAZ TD mk1 golf,no intercooler, and its rapid,i just altered the aneroid pin

Bert, I'll have to do that mate...

is it a diy job?
-

What is the green bar represent in this picture?
I think it's fuel dose
-
wow those pictures are really helpful. Ok so before you take the pin out you mark where it is so if you get lost you can return to stock?
Then is it just a case of turning the pin 180 degrees and putting it back?
-
those pics really clear things up.
and einspritz menge literally means inject mixes
lade druck = pressure loads
-
I will say that i got a 1.6 boost pin and it didnt fit the 1.9 pump,it was a different diameter,i had to alter the origional pin also my pump dont have a starwheel or smoke screw on the cap either look
