Top view installed, brake line and coolant line clearance, it is a bit close to the brake line, lots of room on the coolant line.

Shift linkage clearance at max throw on the o2o transmissions:

Hell yeah, that thing it HUGE!!! What's the radius on those 3" bends?
-
HOLY SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...
dude that is sexy! makes me want to redo mine all in 3 inch :P
-
4.5" radius on the 3" bends, the old downpipes were 2.5 di. by 4" radius.
Thomas you need to worry about getting your ride back down here for some fueling mods more

Cool thanks. By looking at the pic with the stock DP next to it it's hard to believe it can fit in the engine bay without interfering with something, nice work man!

i'm definitely buying one!!! my m-TDI project is coming together nicely!!!
I was wondering about using that fiber glass tape on the exhaust pipe to keep the heat in and as well protect surrounding areas from heat damage. is fiber glass tape what i need or is it something else?
thanks Dave for still producing DP's for our diesels!!!

I totally agree, I wand a turbo diesel so badly. I can only imagine how nice it will be after I'd done working on it.
