Title: 1.6 td has no power

Hello all I have a 1.6td in a vw rabbit I have done the govener mod on and have now power after the mod.  I use to have smoke when you really got in it now now smoke and no power.  what could I have messed up!!  I have played with all the adjustment and nothing helps Im lost and dont know where to go next.
