i got a set of vw lt 45 injectors and dose any one no the spec of them what bar thay pop and the nozzles .240 ? , i think the engine is the 2.5 it was a 5 pot 1998

What BHP was the LT? The 150bhp T4 had the .216s

well i am not shure aidan it is in the scrap yard , there was a all silver tdi  badge on the front grill if that is any help and twin wheels on the back

I think the higher models got a blue 'i' so that may only be the 88bhp one. Easiest way to tell is if it has an intercooler, if not it'll be 88bhp, if it does it'll be 102bhp.

What I should have made clearer is the 150bhp was the highest power 2.5, with the biggest nozzles (.216), but I believe thats only in the transporter, and it'd be transverse with 6 speed box. That LT is rear drive, so could well be Merc Sprinter running gear

Tintin on here may know the break pressure, but it will say on the injector bodies.

Humm...  LT45 have a 2.4L 6 cyl engine......  but, VW LT46 have 2.5L 5 cyl engine, available with 75HP non turbo (SDI), or turbo engine with 83HP, 90HP, 95HP, 102HP, and 110HP version.  (190 and/or 220Bar first stage opening injector)

For the size of the hole, Bosch company do not give this information.

What year and engine code of your donnor LT? what is the reference number on inj. ?

I think that the .216 nozlles it's for 5cyl 150HP engine installed in transporteur, multivan, california,  but, not available in LT.

I cannot give you more info.

took me a while to get sorted but have the injector no 0432193823 (60)  088   nozzle no 442R    the LT 45 is 1998 -1999  and 5 cyl and the engine had a turbo on it and this is in the UK to

silly me the van is a lt 46 never new you got a lt 46 lets hope its a 110 bhp model  :oops:

Your injector reference is 190B and for the 102HP engine.

Thanks for that Tintin going to put them in my Mtdi at the mo, i only got the 90bh ones in with the 90bh turbo to  :lol: so the 102 hp injectors will make a little difrance
