Title: What size hoses does my 86 Golf Diesel 1.6 n/a use?

Getting ready to replace all my hoses with silicone ones. Does anyone know the different sizes and lengths i'll need. I know the fuel return hoses are 3mm, but what about the others, and is silicone a good replacement material? The heater hoses are reinforced.
