Title: Raceware, Good source to purchase from

I'm looking at purchasing some Raceware studs for my 1.6l TD Does anyone have a good source to purchase from or do I need to buy directly from Raceware?  I did a Goggle search with not much luck.

Would the only reason for purchasing raceware studs be for added boost??? less blown head gaskets??
