Title: 1.9TD Limiter-Switch Removal

Does removing the boost limiter switch cause anything serious? Also, how do I do the second step of these instructions with the fuel cut-off selenoid? (http://vwdiesel.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=579&highlight=preparation+fueling)
