Title: How do I find out if I have fast or slow GP relay?

Is there any way to tell a slow GP realy from a fast one? My car is a 91 1.6TD. Do these all have the fast? I need to know so I can get a couple plugs.

you've got the fast plugs like me... go with duraterm :)
