Title: Coolant around manifolds, even on top of intake

Anybody have any idea why there would be coolant pooling above the intake manifold? Cracked head?

Well, the damage must have been done before we bought the car. It is looking more and more like I will need to buy a re-manufactured head.

i remember you talking about coolant pissing out of the cap... i remember when it happened to me i had coolant in odd places.. but it was more of a boil over...  there was fire men nearby and they filled me up with water, and then i was on my way... car worked fine for a full year, then there was some weird valve issue... probably due to me driving it pretty hard
