Title: G60 Valve cover fit on a 1.6L TD head?

Is there any modifying that needs to be done to put a G60 valve cover on the 1.6l TD?

just polish it and make it look pretty and bolt it on.

well, I'm in the process of doing the same thing... The stock timing belt cover wont fit anymore I don't think. and there are small clips on the timing belt cover that hold on to the fuel lines over the timing belt.

those are the only issues you have to really worry about as far as I can see.

That's a good looking engine bay there.

Anyone know where I can get one of those valve covers. Nice looking.
