Title: k14 or this garret

My SB GTD has a stock k14 I've seen a Garret for sale

vw p/n 068 145 70f
gap p/n 4653845
s/n re2299a

Any better, has one of those wastegate actuators you can adjust

Or can I use this to build a hybrid, if so what compressor housing/wheel do I need?
