I made a 3" DP lastnight for my buddies mk4 golf.

When we left the shop lastnight at 11pm.. we pulled out and stomped on the pedal.. right in front of a COP! hahah
he pulled up next to us and beamed us with his side light.. didn't pull us over! ha
bet we covered him up in smoke!

Good work Staley! Is that transition from burnsstainless? Looks just like the ones I get. The weld looks a little cold on the bend that mates to the transition, and the try pulliung your tungsten out a little bit further when you do the flange welds, you will be able to lay a more consistant bead that way. All in all very nice work! :D
