Title: turn signal problems
Post by: 1workinman on December 10, 2006, 02:35:32 pm
I have a 11/ 83 Jetta and the turn signals quit working after the last snow storm. The hazard works and all of the lights under the lens.

I dont know which fuse and relay  does what. I did find the flasher but it does not work the turn signal.  I would like a print out of the fuses and relay. My manual does not show my year model for some reason it allways say except Jetta on the wiring. Thanks for any help Jim

I found the prints in the back of the manual, the hazard shares the turn signal flasher.  It turns out to be a fuse.

Thanks for the reply and the offer. I will have to remember that. If I can repay the offer somehow I would be glad to. Jim
