Title: MK1 IP fit MK2?

Hey - does anyone know if a MK1 Diesel injector pump will work/fit on a MK2?  They look very similar.  Is there a performance difference?

Yes, it should. I am using a 1.6L ip from an '84 Jetta on my 1.9L TD AAZ. I think the mk1-mk3 are nearly the same thing.
