So, I went and bought a PD150 so I don't really have anything to put this stuff on anymore. Basically I have a Cummins 4B injection pump which i've modified along with most of a mk3 TDI injection pump and a 12mm pump head conversion from Red Rotors.
Cummins pump - This was a BRAND NEW 4B injection pump that I bought some time ago and modified by adding an LDA from a Peugeot pump, governor assembly from a VW pump (with the governor mod already done), cut down VW timing piston so timing advance isn't limited, and a VW timing spring. It still has the Cummins 4B DI cam plate currently.
TDI Cam Plate - I bought this with the intention of putting the TDI injection pump I have back together with the 12mm pump head conversion I bought from Red Rotors. The only thing I think I'm missing from this setup would be the spring guides. You may want to swap this into the Cummins pump....that's up to you.
TDI Injection pump (mostly) - This is off of an AHU and right now is just sitting there without a pump head or cam plate. It has the timing spring and cover on it still which could be transferred onto the Cummins pump so that the advance curve would be the same. Again, that's up to you.
12mm pump head coversion - as I said earlier, I bought this from Red Rotors a long time ago and never ended up using it.
Also:
Peugeot 10mm injection pump - This pump is complete and used. I swapped one of these pump heads onto my Jetta TD a while back and the power gains were definitely there. This pump also has the LDA and everything.
I'm looking to sell this stuff or possibly some combination of the stuff. If you're interested then send me a message with what you want and I guess we can work out a price.

I think I am interested in the Cummings pump/12mm head/TDI Cam plate (and what ever else I would need to make a complete pump)
But I'm not sure if it is feasible to run this on a 1.6td I am building up right now. I do want to build a m-tdi later which it would work on, but so as not to clutter your for sale thread and to get other people's thoughts I made a new thread here http://vwdiesel.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=5440
Get in touch with me though and let me know what your looking to get for all the stuff with shipping. I'm located in Seneca Falls, NY 13148
Thanks

I'm sorry, I just received payment on the Peugeot pump so it is now sold.
The other stuff is still available though.

Here's some pictures of the Cummins pump:

This is suitable for use on a TDI-M project. Check out this thread for more detail: http://vwdiesel.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=1956&highlight=mechanical+tdi+cumm ins
I'm asking $600 OBO. Keep in mind the pump itself is still new and a genuine Cummins/Bosch part.

cummins/1.6td hybrid pump is what hillfolk runs and he did a flat 14 with it

for the mTDI setup using the cummins pump there is more to consider than what I just put in the thread you mentioned...just to protect your rear end. I didn't give out all the information on it.
Mines up an running GREAT with the cummins pump I made...however, as mentioned, there are other considerations before using the pump...
Hillfolks pump is def the VW TD base pump if I remember correctly, with the cummins 12mm head, etc. Its the small shaft pump and remains that but he hasn't had any problems that I've heard of...

The 12mm pump head conversion is sold. The Cummins pump is still available though!

I'm seriously considering the Cummins Pump.
I'm a little confused by RabbitGTDguy's post,though.
Is this ready to go,on a VW TDI engine, making it a TDI-M or does it require further internal work?
I currently have exactly what Hillfolk has...A 1.6 TD pump and a Cummins 4BT pump. Only difference is I haven't "melded" the two together yet. Hence my interest in this pump.
You may reply via email if you wish: [email protected]
Thanks.

I just responded to your PM. :D
-
And I to yours. :)
-
and it sounds like you guys have worked it out...but yes, it does need a bit of internal work besides just the gov. assembly swap. You also have to configure your injection pump sprocket alignment as well...

What other internal work would you advise? I had this pump completely torn down so I think I did everything necessary. :D
-
then you should be fine eh? :) Good Luck in the sale! Looks like you've found a buyer :)

Perhaps!
I'll be into the cost of having a 1.6 pulley machined to fit the larger shaft first.
I plan to take the pulley and a 4bt core pump to a few local machine shops for quotes.

is the cummins pump still avalible?
