Title: Where to have turbo rebuilt???

I'm getting tired of the smoke after extended idle so I think I'll have my turbo rebuilt. It's also starting to whine pretty good when cold. I just put new bearings and seals in it a few K ago so I'm thinking the center needs to be bored for oversize bearings. Anyway, anyone know of a reputable place that can give her a good going over?

East Coast Turbo, quoted me a price of $380 to over haul my K04 KKK turbo on my 91 Jetta TD.  There was also a turbo place in Ca. that said they would do it for $280, That was a great price but way lower than a few others I got a quote from. Just do a search on Google. That is how I found most of mine. I didn't get mine done yet, that is next on my Christmas list.
