Tried to contact Gile but he never got back to me, so who else does pump mods?
I would hate to install a stock TD pump on my car instead of a modded TD pump over my (now) NA pump, love to thump them ricers at the track with a modded pump and a IC

I have just put in my pump from gilles every time I called him he answered directly. The difference in performance is staggering.
I can't imagine useing anyone other than him.

email, its usually much easier to keep facts together that way than talking and making notes.
My email was pretty easy, this is what I have, this is what I plan to do, this is what I want out of it, do you recomend anything else?
That and we don't have long distance and my cell im unsure and don't want to see a huge bill next month

If you cant scrounge up the extra few bucks to talk to him dirrectly you definately don't have $950+ for a giles pump. Most injection pumps can mod your pump for you, but Giles has gotten very specific in the vw diesel pumps and I know when I tell Giles how much fuel I want he will get that for me. I usually build my own pumps, but when I am doing something out of spec, like a 14mm pump head, Giles is the man 8)

So nobody else does any kind of modding to pumps? < was my question...
All I really want is a govenor mod but figured while that was getting done mine as well go more and bigger, I have my speed fix.

i said that he could make some side dough tunin pumps for us vw guys
he has a family and stuff,so he is busy with that,but he would probably get you tuned up

i also kinda wondered about who else does it, i definetly don't doubt giles abilities, but i am not a huge fan of how he seems to keep all his information to himself, surely it's ideal to keep him above the competition which i completely understand, but about everytime i've seen him post it was a plug for himself... i dunno if that's really how he is, and i'm not trying to call him out and be an ass or anything, but that's just the hint i have gotten...

sorry if didn'tn get back to some body in need of a good rebuild.
Also if i seem a bit secretive about what i do to my pumps i would
think that u could understand that i have done allot of developement
in pumps and trial and error at comany expense. now it's time to pay
back the company i work for and make some $.
i do not do this on the side and not after hours.
i also think that i charge a very fair rate for my modded pumps and
that is what everyone has told me so far.
so if u want a proven winner in pump mods and not just guess work
then send your pump to me.
i have put a # of posts on the forum helping people but i am not about
to tell everyone how to upgrade their pumps to my spec's it just doesn't
make any sense.
it's like any other hod rodder out there to develope a new camshaft or
cyl head for an engine and then post all the secrets about them for any
body to copy.
