How do you remove the injector overflow nipple?
I bent one when replacing the injector heat shields and a crack formed making it leak.
-
Hmm, Never had to deal with that one. Can't see drilling them out and replacing them either.
time to get a new body for it. If you need one say something as I and most others likely have a stockpile of old injectors that we could send easily.
Just looked at your location info. Probably not something we in the states would be able to send quickly.

Since the one on the end usually gets plugged anyway.
You could probably just weld it shut and put it on cylinder 1 or 4.

Thank you for your suggestions. Most likely i'll weld it shut.

A Zap or two from the ole electric beast and your problem is solved. I like it.

good ol' JB Weld would probably work also. Spray it with brake cleaner and cover the whole thing.
Unfortunately, there would be some downtime waiting for it to fully cure.
