Title: aaz build, need some help on setup.

Hi folks! I have a vwT4 with an aaz engine full rebuild and I need recommendations on the setup, I want to reach 110hp aprox and be reliable for every day.
I am adding a front intercooler, oil cooler and a 5th gear modification.
I'm in doubt as to which turbo and how many millimeters of pump head would be the most convenient.
I have 2 turbos that could use a k03 38/46 wheels and a GT1749S 44/49.
Do you think any of these would serve this purpose? And what size pump head do you recommend?

Stock pump Will manage 110 HP, 1.6 TD boost pin and some fuel screw, for the turbo k03 is too small use gt17 if its only option.
