Title: Whats your thoughts on REDLINE fluids

I hear Redline makes some pretty good stuff, Im thinking about changing my manule trans oil in my 2000 TDI, anybody have any experice using it?

havent tried that yet,but i like their water wetter,and the dieselfuel catalyst additive(they make 2 varities,for non cat cars/cat cars)
the stuff is sorta thick,and a lil syrupy,like its more concentrated then most additives,like its seems as thick almost as atf

i heard good things about the gear oils,just get the right grade

I've used Redline in all my 020 trans and it has been great stuff... compared to synthetics out there now...not too sure but its always had a good reputation. Royal Purple is also another popular one to change over too with good results. There is some info over on the Vortex as well on both types as well as off the shelf synthetics too...

I have the MT 90 in my 03' TDI, seems to be happy with it.

I've used Redline in my trannies since about 1995. Couldn't be happier.
